Polymorphisms of Encoding Genes IL1RN and P2RX7 in Apical Root Resorption in Patients after Orthodontic Treatment

External apical root resorption (EARR) is one of the most serious complications associated with orthodontic treatment. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationships between selected single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (IL1RN), purinoreceptor P2X7 (P2RX7) and EARR in patients after orthodontic treatment. The study comprised 101 patients who underwent a complex orthodontic treatment with a combination of fixed appliances. Roots were measured based on orthopantomograms and lateral cephalometric radiographs taken before and at the end of the treatment using diagnostic software. Proportional measurements of selected teeth were made using the modified Linge and Linge methods. Based on the presence or absence of EARR, patients were divided into two groups: control group, 61 patients without EARR (with 0.90 ≤ rRCR ≤ 1.00), and EARR group, 40 patients with EARR (rRCR < 0.90). Root resorption in selected groups was also evaluated with the scores of Malmgren and Levander. SNP analysis was performed using the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. The analysis indicated that a specific haplotype of P2RX7 (rs208294) and IL1RN (rs419598) modified the risk of EARR development (p < 0.05), with a Bonferroni correction. The analysis of the P2RX7 and IL1RN gene polymorphisms showed that the presence of SNPs of these genes may predispose individuals to EARR. These findings indicate that EARR is a complex condition influenced not only by environmental factors and needs further study on the genetic risk factors.     

根茎类蔬菜中扑草净残留量检验方法的研究

建立了根茎类蔬菜中扑草净残留量气相色谱检验方法。试样在气相色谱仪DB-1701色谱柱中分离,FPD带硫滤光片检测器测定。结果表明,扑草净在色谱仪出峰时间短,当扑草净的浓度在0.05~1 mg/L范围内,扑草净的峰面积或峰高与扑草净浓度的平方线性正相关,线性关系良好(r≥0.999)。在0.05~0.4 mg/kg的添加水平范围内的平均回收率为84.5%~106%相对标准偏差为3.4%~8.8%。方法检出限:0.01mg/kg,定量限:0.05 mg/kg。     

Copper‐Catalyzed Asymmetric Conjugate Addition of Dimethylzinc to Acyl‐N‐methylimidazole Michael Acceptors: Scope,Limitations and Iterative Reactions

An efficient copper‐catalyzed enantioselective conjugate addition of dimethylzinc to unsaturated 2‐acyl‐N‐methylimidazoles has been achieved using a chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl‐NHC ligand. The reactions proceed with excellent regioselectivity (1,4 vs. 1,6 and 1,8) in extended conjugated systems to afford the 1,4‐adducts in high enantioselectivities. This regioselectivity could be ascertained by DFT studies highlighting the crucial role of the imidazole ring. Thanks to the development of efficient protocols to regenerate the unsaturated 2‐acyl‐N‐methylimidazole moiety, an iterative process has been developed ultimately leading to 3,5,7 all‐syn or anti‐anti polydeoxypropionate stereodiads.

     

Long-Term Spinal Ventral Root Reimplantation,but not Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cell Treatment,Positively Influences Ultrastructural Synapse Recovery and Motor Axonal Regrowth

We recently proposed a new surgical approach to treat ventral root avulsion, resulting in motoneuron protection. The present work combined such a surgical approach with bone marrow mononuclear cells (MC) therapy. Therefore, MC were added to the site of reimplantation. Female Lewis rats (seven weeks old) were subjected to unilateral ventral root avulsion (VRA) at L4, L5 and L6 levels and divided into the following groups (n = 5 for each group): Avulsion, sealant reimplanted roots and sealant reimplanted roots plus MC. After four weeks and 12 weeks post-surgery, the lumbar intumescences were processed by transmission electron microscopy, to analyze synaptic inputs to the repaired α motoneurons. Also, the ipsi and contralateral sciatic nerves were processed for axon counting and morphometry. The ultrastructural results indicated a significant preservation of inhibitory pre-synaptic boutons in the groups repaired with sealant alone and associated with MC therapy. Moreover, the average number of axons was higher in treated groups when compared to avulsion only. Complementary to the fiber counting, the morphometric analysis of axonal diameter and “g” ratio demonstrated that root reimplantation improved the motor component recovery. In conclusion, the data herein demonstrate that root reimplantation at the lesion site may be considered a therapeutic approach, following proximal lesions in the interface of central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS), and that MC therapy does not further improve the regenerative recovery, up to 12 weeks post lesion.     

Characterization of the Calicheamicin Orsellinate C2‐O‐Methyltransferase CalO6

Although bacterial iterative type I polyketide synthases are now known to participate in the biosynthesis of a small set of diverse natural products, the subsequent downstream modification of the resulting polyketide products is poorly understood. We report the functional characterization of the putative orsellinic acid C2‐O‐methyltransferase, which is involved in calicheamicin biosynthesis. This study suggests that C2‐O‐methylation precedes C3‐hydroxylation/methylation and C5‐iodination and requires a coenzyme A‐ or acyl carrier protein‐bound substrate.

车-桥耦合系统迭代解法研究

在已有车-桥耦合研究的基础上,推导了车-桥耦合系统的迭代解法.建立了车-桥系统模型,利用ANSYS软件分析单自由度质弹系统车辆模型在通过简支梁桥时桥梁的动力响应.用无量纲参数分析了在车-桥相互作用下,桥梁的位移响应与常力过桥时桥梁位移响应之间的差异.计算结果表明,迭代解法可方便求解车辆桥梁相互作用下,车-桥耦合系统的动力响应,其计算结果与相关文献结果较为一致.     

树根桩和土工膜袋混凝土联合技术的应用研究

针对水下边坡常规治理方法的不足,首次提出树根桩和土工膜袋混凝土联合治理技术.通过数值计算分析,及具体工程的实践,表明该技术具有良好的抗滑和防冲效果,值得推广应用.
